At Kanyini Care Services, we offer support at no-cost to lodge your application to receive funding NDIS or Home Care Packages.
There is no obligation for the applying person to choose our services at any time once the application (home care and NDIS) is approved.

Conditions for Assistance
The person applying for an application must fill out our consent form.
The person applying for an application must not be under the Mental Health Act.
The person’s NOK and nominated Legal guardian must sign the chosen form if the person applying is not in the capacity to apply for the application.
Kanyini Care will perform an initial risk assessment before accepting the query for assistance with the application.

- A Nurse Practitioner and Mental Health Registered Nurse will assist.
- There is no obligation for the applying person to choose our services at any time once the application (home care and NDIS) is approved.
- We will not charge the applicant any fees for assistance with the application formulation.
- Some travel/service charges may be requested, depending on the complexity of the application.
