There is no obligation for the applying person to choose our services at any time once the application (home care and NDIS) is approved.

Clients are not obligated to continue using our services after their NDIS application has been processed and approved.

In-home medical care registered nurses manage medication, wound care, and monitor health.

Domestic Assistance:

Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping:

Supports planning nutritious meals and assists with grocery shopping.

Transport Services:

Transportation for medical appointments, social engagements, and other essential errands.

Skill Development and Education:

Training and education to help clients develop new skills and maintain independence.

Employment Assistance:

Conditions for Assistance

The person applying for an application must fill out our consent form.
The person applying for an application must not be under the Mental Health Act.
The person’s NOK and nominated Legal guardian must sign the chosen form if the person applying is not in the capacity to apply for the application.
Kanyini Care will perform an initial risk assessment before accepting the query for assistance with the application.

Important Information

  • A Nurse Practitioner and Mental Health Registered Nurse will assist.
  • There is no obligation for the applying person to choose our services at any time once the application (home care and NDIS) is approved.
  • We will not charge the applicant any fees for assistance with the application formulation.
  • Some travel/service charges may be requested, depending on the complexity of the application.
