With a solid educational background, including a Master of Nurse Practitioner from the University of Newcastle and a Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care from Flinders University, Sujeena has honed her skills in various prestigious healthcare settings, making significant contributions to the field.
As a Nurse Practitioner and Director of Nursing, Sujeena has not only diagnosed conditions and managed patient care but also led teams to surpass accreditation standards. Her patient-centric approach ensures tailored treatments that bring top-tier medical services to the patient’s bedside, enhancing accessibility and comfort.

Meet Bindu Bhushal, a Clinical Leader and Registered Nurse with a diverse aged-care background. With over ten years of experience, Bindu has demonstrated her commitment to providing exceptional care for individuals with complex healthcare needs. Her current roles as a Clinical Nurse Educator at Christadelphian Aged Care and a Trainer at Canberra College of Management and Technology highlight her ability to assess patient needs, coordinate services, and manage resources for optimal care outcomes.
Bindu’s strong communication skills and compassionate approach enable her to establish meaningful connections with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Her expertise is not just limited to patient care; she also focuses on training and supporting new and existing staff, ensuring they deliver the highest quality of care.

Meet Subina KC, a seasoned registered nurse with over 13 years of diverse experience in the Australian health sector, specialising in aged care and management. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, Subina is crucial in implementing home care packages and ensuring that services meet stringent compliance and quality standards. Her expertise extends to regular audits, quality improvement initiatives, and providing essential training and education to aged care staff.
Subina’s approach is characterised by a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of client needs, which she addresses through thoughtful and analytical problem-solving. She is passionate about enhancing the provision of aged care, palliative care, and dementia care services, delivering trustworthy and high-quality clinical care directly to clients’ homes.

Meet Ashish KC, a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse with a strong background in mental health nursing. Ashish has earned a Bachelor of Nursing and has spent the past eight years working predominantly in mental health care, profoundly impacting the lives of those he serves by fostering new perspectives on life and wellness.
Ashish has extensive experience working with adults and young people, delivering tailored care through group and individual sessions. His expertise is particularly notable in his work with patients with mental health issues, where he applies a holistic approach to care that emphasises health’s cognitive, emotional, and physical aspects.
Since 2018, Ashish has played a crucial role in helping numerous individuals transition to the NDIS, ensuring they receive the maximum benefits from their plans. In these sessions, he creates a harmonious balance between motivating clients to take active steps towards their health and providing the encouragement and support they need to navigate their journeys effectively.
Ashish takes immense pride in his ability to help others achieve their health and well-being goals. His commitment to his profession is to treat symptoms and empower individuals to lead fuller, more balanced lives.
Outside of his professional life, Ashish enjoys spending time outdoors, often found soaking in the sunlight at the beach.
